These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Adorable Garden, developed and published by Skyborne Games Inc.
By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
1. Who Can Play
You must be at least 13 years old, or have parental/guardian permission to play. By using the Game, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. License to Use
We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Download and play the Game on supported devices
- Make non-commercial use of in-game content
You must not:
- Use cheats, bots, or exploits
- Decompile, copy, or redistribute any part of the Game
- Violate community guidelines or platform rules
3. In-App Purchases
You may choose to purchase items or currency via Google Play. These purchases are:
- Handled by the platform (not by us directly)
- Non-refundable, except where legally required or per Google’s policy
4. Content Ownership
All Game content (graphics, characters, names, sounds) is owned or licensed by Skyborne Games Inc. You may not reproduce or use it without permission.
5. Termination
We may suspend or permanently restrict access to the Game if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your behavior harms the community or services
- Required by legal or platform-related obligations
6. Disclaimer
The Game is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service or error-free gameplay.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our total liability will not exceed any amount paid by you in the last six months.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes will be handled in courts located in Los Angeles County.
